Note the unit dosen't have a ladder to the roof as do many others. I would have removed it had it had one, as they are IMO of little value and invite children and idiots to walk around on a roof not designed for foot traffic.

Note the Awning. It is OEM and while the fabric and upwinder are in good shape, the Downwinder and brake were busted by prior owner, I modified a makeshift system that works.

The little white box on top of dash contains Digital Speedo, Tach., Fuel Level, Engine Temp and Transmission Temp. The Black Gizmo to the right of the Dash is the tattletail for the Toad brake system. it lights up when the Toad brakes are engaged.

In cabin looking forward. The OEM TV location has been converted to large storage area, the OEM TV has been replaced and relocated, see later pix.

Short Bed

This bed is 71" long, fine for the average woman, the other bed is 76" long, fine for the average man. Above both beds at the foot is a hanging closet. Bedding is custom fitted and is included with the sale.

OEM shower has been converted to shelving. They are removable and the OEM shower parts are available. Note two folding chairs are stowed and will go with the sale.

Note that I have removed the door. DW and I decided that we would trade the space gained for the privacy lost, good trade we think. I planned on hanging a curtin in the door space but never got to it. Still have the door and hardware, it can be reinstalled in 10 minutes.

Kitchen

Covered 4 burner cooktop with microwave and oven below. Rig has functioning gas hot water heater. Almost forgot rig also has gas forced air furnace and cabin A/C. The cabin A/C operates on 110 AC line or generator. It has a very good (less than 100 hrs) Generac generator.

10.4" TV/DVD Player

10.4" LCD TV that includes DVD player. The TV and its small bracket remove for storage. The rig is wired for cable. Located in its present location makes for neck pain free TV watching by three people.
